Ingredients : Serves – 4 people
1 cup Urad Dal
2 1/2 cups Jonna Idli Rava
1/2 tsp Methi
Salt to taste
Preparation : Soak Urad dal for 4 hours along with methi seeds. Soak poha seperately for 15 minutes . Grind all three together. Add salt and Sajja idli rava let it ferment for 8 hours. Make Idlis as usual and serve with chutney of your choice.
